Dinner Meeting with my Favorite Girls

February 11, 2012

Last Thursday, Ana, Mona and I met at Abreeza to have a catching up dinner-slash-meeting of sorts.

We ate at Hukad, this lovely restaurant located at the 2nd floor of Abreeza Mall. Hukad is a Golden Cowrie restaurant which I got to try once when Fonzi and I went to Cebu in 2010. The food was marvelous as usual.

Our obligatory picture before devouring the delicious Filipino food. Here are some more mouthwatering photos of our orders.

Crispy Pata! We ordered the “small” version of this, but ended up not finishing it still.

Chicken Tinola which was just the right amount for three ladies who don’t eat too much (kuno). Too bad I wasn’t able to take a photo of the Adobong Talong which was so tasty, I couldn’t believe I was the one who ordered it. See, I don’t eat Eggplant, ever.

After dinner we decided to go to Giardino Gelato, just near Hukad, to finally discuss our night’s agenda. I almost forgot the name of the place. Fortunately, one photo shows the name printed on the cup. (Phew!)

Three servings for three sweet-toothed girls. These are in Pistachio, Blueberry and Ferrero Rocher flavors.

Partners-in-Crime reunited! Totally random, but I really miss being in the same office as Ana. I miss our chika sessions!

Our big little sister/Tol/Gwaps Mona.

I’m super excited about what we’re about to do! Tomorrow we’ll be starting on a new venture which I hope will take off as planned. But more on that soon!

xx,

Kia ❀
